Overview Join our dynamic team as an Event Assistant and be at the heart of creating memorable experiences! This energetic role offers the opportunity to collaborate on a variety of events, from corporate gatherings to community celebrations. As an integral part of our events management team, you'll assist with planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring every detail aligns perfectly with client expectations. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help deliver seamless events that leave lasting impressions. Requirements Must be able to self report to Branchburg, NJ. Must be able to self report to events in NJ, NY, PA and further east coast areas on a case by case basis. Must be able to lift up 40lbs. Responsibilities Support event planning and logistics, including venue setup, and equipment management Assist with load-in/out & setting up/breaking down equipment Set-up and maintain dressing room; locate, organize costumes, accessories, props, and equipment Assist artists with dressing, hair, make-up, costume changes, etc Coordinate water, snacks, meals, etc Escort artists to and from dressing room to performance area. Assist with videography &/or photography of the event Assist with props Maintain a safe performance area Oversee event timelines to ensure all activities run smoothly and on schedule Experience Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, theater, film, live performance settings is highly desirable Familiarity with wardrobe and styling is a must. Strong negotiation personal skills while interacting with artists, guests, and clients. Organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments Knowledge of event management software or tools is a plus but not required This role offers a vibrant environment where your proactive approach will shine.
