In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind coordinating sales activities and managing a variety of events that elevate our brand presence. Your enthusiasm for hospitality, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects will ensure seamless execution of all sales initiatives and events. Responsibilities Coordinate and support sales campaigns, including upselling opportunities to maximize revenue potential Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events from conception through completion, ensuring all logistics align with brand standards Manage event budgets meticulously, tracking expenses and negotiating with vendors to secure the best value Utilize event management software and CRM systems to streamline planning processes, track client interactions, and maintain detailed records Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that boost event attendance and engagement Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients, guests, and internal teams throughout all stages of event planning Oversee guest services during events, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances overall experience Lead team members involved in event setup, execution, and post-event wrap-up to ensure smooth operations Experience Proven experience in hospitality or events management, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with event marketing strategies and project management methodologies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software tools Experience managing event budgets and negotiating with vendors or suppliers Strong communication skills for client interaction, team coordination, and stakeholder engagement Knowledge of CRM systems for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment Previous team leadership experience is a plus; familiarity with the hospitality industry is highly desirable Join us as a Sales & Events Admin where your proactive approach and passion for creating engaging experiences will make a lasting impact.
