Manage daily social media content creation, including writing engaging posts, designing graphics with Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator, and editing videos to enhance storytelling. Monitor social media analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, and web analytics to assess campaign performance and optimize future initiatives. Conduct social listening to gauge audience sentiment, identify trends, and respond promptly to comments or inquiries to foster strong community relationships. Plan, coordinate, and oversee dynamic events—both virtual and in-person—that promote brand awareness and community engagement. Collaborate with public relations teams to craft press releases, media pitches, and manage relationship management efforts with media outlets and influencers. Implement SEO best practices and keyword research strategies to maximize content visibility across digital channels. Track digital marketing performance metrics regularly to evaluate ROI and refine marketing online analytics strategies for continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing performance monitoring, and media editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing software. Strong understanding of social media platforms' algorithms, advertising options—including Facebook Advertising—and social media content marketing techniques. Skilled in social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for real-time engagement insights. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content that aligns with branding guidelines. Knowledge of web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics for measuring campaign success and audience behavior insights. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in proofreading and branding consistency. Experience in graphic design, photography, video editing, and media performance analytics is highly desirable.
