This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working in different environments, interacting with customers, and being part of a team. Our events take place at different locations, so driving is an important part of this position and a valid driver's license is required. As an Event Team Member, your responsibilities may change depending on the event. We are looking for people who are flexible, have a positive attitude, and are willing to help the team wherever needed.

Responsibilities:

Drive company vehicles to and from events when assigned. Transport food, supplies, and equipment safely. Load and unload supplies before and after events. Set up and organize the food service area at each event. Serve food and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide excellent customer service at all times. Take orders and operate the POS/payment system when needed. Communicate with customers in English. Maintain food service and cleanliness standards throughout the event. Clean equipment, work areas, and event stations. Wash dishes and utensils when necessary. Break down and pack equipment after events. Return to our location after events to unload and organize supplies. Restock and prepare equipment, food-service items, and supplies for the next day's events. Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with the entire team. Help with additional event-related duties as needed.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license required. Must be comfortable and able to drive company vehicles. Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Spanish/English bilingual candidates are welcome. Reliable transportation to the main work location. Excellent customer service skills. Positive attitude and good energy. Responsible, punctual, and dependable. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Willing to clean, wash dishes, organize, load/unload, and help wherever necessary. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to event setup and breakdown. Flexible availability is important. Events may take place on weekdays, weekends, mornings, afternoons, or evenings. Previous restaurant, catering, food service, or event experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. About the Position Every event is different. Some days you may spend more time serving customers, while other days may involve driving, setting up, cleaning, washing dishes, organizing supplies, or preparing for the next event.
