Pay Range:
$37.00 – $38.00/hour About the Opportunity Our client, a well-established organization, is seeking a detail-oriented Event Coordinator / Administrative Coordinator to support conference and event operations for a busy team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer support, event logistics, registration management, and administrative coordination in a fast-paced environment. Why Join / Company Highlights Opportunity to gain experience supporting large-scale conferences and events Collaborative team environment with a variety of administrative and event-related responsibilities Full-time onsite role with immediate impact and visibility Responsibilities Provide event and conference registration support, including attendee assistance and troubleshooting registration issues Coordinate registration preparation, grant documentation, conference materials, and event-related administrative tasks Assist with hotel accommodations, rooming lists, and speaker logistics to ensure smooth event execution Maintain accurate registration records, databases, and event documentation Support attendee communications and respond to registration inquiries in a professional and timely manner Scan, organize, archive, and maintain electronic and physical documents Provide general administrative support for event planning, coordination, and onsite operations Qualifications 2+ years of experience in event coordination, conference support, administrative assistance, or a related role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and details simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with registration systems, databases, or event management platforms Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunity to build experience with event operations and conference coordination Access to CFS career resources and professional support during the assignment Please Email your resume for immediate consideration.
