Responsibilities for a Corporate Relations and Events Officer with
Phoebe Allentown:
The Corporate Relations & Events Officer is responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding corporate donors and prospects in support of the fundraising priorities of the Office of Philanthropy and Phoebe Ministries. This position leads efforts to develop and expand corporate giving programs, strengthening partnerships with businesses and increasing philanthropic support. Through meaningful relationship-building, the Officer engages donors and prospects, gathers insights to deepen connections, and strategically moves relationships through the donor pipeline. Working collaboratively with the Vice President of Advancement and Marketing and the Major Gifts Officer, this role helps foster strong relationships with corporate partners, community leaders, and internal stakeholders to advance Phoebe's philanthropic goals and overall fundraising success. The Officer is also responsible for the successful planning, sponsorship development, and execution of Phoebe's two premier fundraising events—the Annual Golf Tournament and the Phoebe Institute on Aging Gala—ensuring exceptional donor experiences while maximizing revenue, engagement, and community visibility. Requirements for a Corporate Relations and Events Officer with
Phoebe Allentown:
The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers. High school diploma required. Minimum one (1) year experience desired, but not necessary. Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical skills; above average word processing/data entry skills. Working knowledge of SNF resident registration, billing, accounts receivable, cash management, industry regulations, business office operations, insurance benefits, and refund processing.
