SCHEDULE
Primarily evenings and weekends during events; occasional weekday shifts Keep the Show Running—Literally Looking for a fast-paced, team-driven role where you're right in the middle of the action? Join our Food & Beverage team at Erie Insurance Arena as a Concessions Runner and help fuel the fun for thousands of guests. You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero, making sure our concession stands stay stocked, kegs stay flowing, and every stand has what it needs to deliver top-tier service during every event. If you thrive in high-energy environments, can move quickly under pressure, and love being part of a dynamic team—this is the job for you. What You'll Do Stock stands and bars before the doors open Deliver perishable items and supplies to stands during setup Keep concession areas stocked throughout the event Change and transport kegs as needed Collect trash and restock supplies post-event Ensure equipment is powered down and stands are secure at closing Step in to assist with other related tasks as needed What You'll Need to Succeed High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods (up to 5 hours) Strong communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions Comfortable with basic math A calm, can-do attitude in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must pass a security/reference check and be bondable Why You'll Love Working at Erie Events At Erie Insurance Arena, you're not just part of an event—you're helping make it happen.
