Summary

The Account Manager provides administrative and project coordination support for trade shows, events, exhibits, and experiential marketing programs. This role serves as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring projects stay organized, on schedule, and within budget.

This position will support our 3D Exhibits team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be located in Schaumburg, IL. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients and internal teams.

Maintain project schedules, timelines, status updates, and meeting notes.

Coordinate communication between account, design, production, and operations teams.

Process estimates, purchase orders, invoices, and other project-related documentation.

upport event and trade show logistics, including vendor coordination, shipping, staffing, registration, and onsite requirements.

Schedule and manage internal and client meetings.

Track project deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.

Assist with onsite event support, including installation, event execution, and dismantle as needed.

Maintain accurate project files, records, and reporting.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience in account coordination, project coordination, events, trade shows, or a related field.

Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project tracking tools.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel occasionally for event support.

Travel Requirements

Travel up to 25%

Salary range of $70,000

  • $95,000 based upon experience
    Eligible for an annual bonus of up to 15% of the base salary Diversity Commitment
