- thank yous, impact updates, and more Attend community events to attract and retain new donors Sponsorships and Community Giving Work with the team to grow sponsorship programs beyond events Build relationships with local businesses, community groups, and corporate partners Support stewardship of corporate volunteer groups Fundraising Events and Communications Serve on the organization's internal events committee Support event logistics for the organization's annual events (spring, summer and fall) and various donor-led events throughout the year Respond promptly and with courtesy to general donor inquiries by email and phone Work with the team to support development of donor-centered messaging for appeals, newsletters, and social media Data Management and Strategy Oversee entry of contributions, data, and relevant activities in donor database, ensuring thorough documentation of fundraising activity and results Work with team to provide donor and sponsor impact stories for grant and gift reporting Develop a high level of knowledge of Bloomerang to optimize CRM use for strategic donor segmenting and personalized engagement Who You Are These are guidelines.
