Bonus based on performance Company parties Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Training & development Minneapolis, MN | Full Time | In Person North Rising Star is looking for an Events Assistant to join our Minneapolis team and support the delivery of customer-facing campaigns at retail and event locations. This is a hands-on role where you'll interact directly with members of the public, represent client campaigns, create positive customer experiences, and help generate new customer interest and acquisitions. What You'll Do Support client campaigns at retail and event locations Engage with customers and start face-to-face conversations Introduce products, services, and current campaign offers Answer questions and build customer interest Contribute to sales and new customer acquisitions Work alongside the team to achieve campaign goals Help create a positive experience for customers throughout each campaign What We're Looking For Confident and comfortable interacting with new people Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, professional, and reliable Comfortable working in a busy, customer-facing environment Motivated to learn and take on new responsibilities Experience in events, hospitality, retail, customer service, sales, or other people-facing roles is preferred, but we're open to candidates from different backgrounds who demonstrate the right attitude and communication skills.
