Salary Range (final salary offer is based on a number of factors, such as certifications, experience, and more): $25 - $29.56/hour This is a temporary position expected to last through December 22, 2026. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, event coordination, communications, nonprofit studies, or related field preferred. One year of event planning experience required. Proficiency in using and posting on social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube) and familiarity with social media scheduling and reporting software. Strong organization, communication, and time management skills. Proficiency with CANVA, Constant Contact and Bloomerang or similar. Ability to take initiative, be creative, work well independently and as part of a team. Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends to support Agency events. Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Windows required (particularly Word, Excel, Outlook). Must possess a valid California driver's license and maintain an insurable driving record under the Clinics' liability policy. Must pass all applicable health, fingerprint/LiveScan and DMV clearances.JOB PURPOSE
The Temporary Events Coordinator will support the Marketing and Outreach Department with all Child & Family Center marketing, fundraising, communications, public relations, and event related efforts. The Temporary Events Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of organizational events, including fundraising events, community events, donor engagement activities, and special programs/events.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Support in the development of monthly newsletters and community facing reports. 2. Enter donor activity using CRM software. Knowledge with Bloomerang preferred. 3. Draft and send approved correspondence. 4. Post approved content on social media platforms. 5. Support in the coordination and development of marketing materials (flyers, newsletters, emails). 6. Create slide deck presentations usingCANVA. 7.
Support with project requests from other departments. 8. Support in management of event logistics, vendor and volunteer coordination, timelines, communications, and on-site event operations. 9. Support vendors and vendor-related requests related to events. 10. Provide day-of event support, including setup, breakdown, and volunteer coordination for fundraisers and other community/special events. 11. Support in the development of post-event follow-up communications and reporting. 12. Enter and track data related to marketing, events and donor relations in CRM. 13. All other tasks as assigned.WORK SCHEDULE

Non-Exempt -Full Time Temporary Work-Week:
Sunday - Saturday Hybrid-minimum two days onsite. Actual work schedule as agreed with Direct Supervisor and based on business/program needs. Work Schedule subject to change based on Center's needs. Temporary position.Expected Duration:
