This role will support sponsor management across the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen and Charleston, as well as the Sales & Marketing teams on overall sponsorship execution. The Manager will help bring sponsor programs to life from proposal through onsite execution, working cross-functionally with event marketing and operations. Hybrid 3x a week- (New York)
In-office Expectations:
This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.
About The Positions Contributions:
Weight % Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results 20%: Support the day-to-day management of assigned sponsors and advertising partners, ensuring strong communication, relationships, and client service. 20%: Implement and manage sponsor activations, including pre-event planning, logistical coordination, and onsite execution. 15%: Support the Events Sponsorships team with presale strategy, sponsorship acquisition, and partner ideation. 15%: Manage multiple sponsor programs and projects, maintaining timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal and external stakeholders. 10%: Anticipate client needs, proactively identify solutions, and help manage challenges in a fast-paced event environment. 10%: Work closely with Sales & Marketing to respond to RFPs and develop compelling event marketing programs. 10%: Collaborate with event marketing and operations to ensure sponsors are thoughtfully integrated across events and touchpoints.
The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, communications, or a related field; relevant work experience and qualifications will be equally considered.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in high-volume, fast-paced event marketing, sponsorship management, experiential marketing, event production, or special events, preferably within a media brand, agency, or publishing house.

Pay Range Salary:
New York:
$67,000.00 - $75,000.00 The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
