Job Description

Bring your passion for creating standout experiences to the heart of Scottsdale's most iconic venue. Scottsdale Stadium is seeking a highly organized and energetic Stadium Events Coordinator to support a wide range of events, including Spring Training operations, community programs, and year-round facility activities. This role helps ensure every event is executed with professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to serving guests and the Scottsdale community.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating event contracts with staff and promoters, providing sales packets and site tours, maintaining the booking calendar, documenting event needs, tracking agreements, and processing deposits. Partnering with the on-site catering provider to develop food and beverage packages. Preparing invoices and refunds. Working with internal and external marketing teams to promote Scottsdale Stadium as a premier event venue. Updating the Stadium's website, social media channels, and public postings weekly.
The ideal candidate brings:
Strong written and verbal communication skills shown through ongoing client communication. Experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders to smoothly plan and coordinate successful high-volume events. Anticipated starting salary for this position may be up to mid-point depending on candidate's experience and internal equity. The full salary range is listed above and mid-point for this position is $37.72/hour. Education and Experience A High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalent. Two years of experience in coordinating a variety of events, activities and contracts. Years of experience are based on a work schedule of 2,080 hours per year for full-time positions and 1,040 hours per year for part-time positions, and while work experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
