Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, and day-to-day event activities. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working in an active environment, and helping create a professional and engaging event experience. Responsibilities Welcome attendees and provide a friendly first impression. Provide information about products, services, and promotional activities. Answer attendee questions and direct inquiries when needed. Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown. Prepare and organize promotional materials, displays, and supplies. Support activities designed to increase customer interest and engagement. Assist with customer outreach and lead generation. Maintain an organized and professional event area. Work closely with team members throughout each event. Help ensure promotional materials and supplies are available when needed. Assist with post-event organization and customer follow-ups. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, friendly, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Previous event, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
