Responsibilities Assist in coordinating all aspects of golf tournament operations, including scheduling, course setup, and participant registration Utilize event management software and CRM systems to organize participant data, communicate with attendees, and streamline registration processes Help oversee on-site logistics such as signage placement, equipment setup, and volunteer coordination Provide excellent customer service by addressing participant inquiries promptly and professionally Experience Previous experience or coursework in event planning, hospitality management, or related fields is preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting tasks Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration Experience using event management software or CRM systems is advantageous This position is designed for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in event operations within a vibrant sporting environment.
