We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Event Assistant to join our team at Pioneer Pathways in our Texas office. As an Event Assistant, you will support charity-driven initiatives that help raise awareness and funding for nonprofit partners. This role focuses on assisting with fundraising events, outreach efforts, and engaging with donors and community members who want to support meaningful causes. The Event Assistant position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and contributing to projects that positively impact the community. You'll work alongside a supportive team to help events run smoothly, assist with event preparation, and represent nonprofit campaigns in a professional and welcoming way. Event Assistant Responsibilities:
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising events and donor engagement activities for non-profit programs. Collaborate with the Event Assistant team to develop strategies to increase donor participation and support for charity-driven initiatives. Track donations, process event registrations, and maintain donor databases. Foster relationships with existing donors directly while working to cultivate new donor prospects for the non-profit organization. Work closely with charity partners to ensure that fundraising objectives are met and exceeded. Prepare stats to assess the effectiveness of the event and identify areas for future improvement.
Event Assistant Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or event planning. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Passion for making a difference in the community. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay:
$800.00 - $1,400.00 per week
