Role:
We're looking for a Catering Manager who can juggle events, people, timelines, and last-minute changes—without losing their cool. You'll be the go-to person for clients, team members, and anyone who needs answers about "where the forks are" or "what time the buffet opens." ⸻ What You'll Do Chat with clients, help plan their events, and guide them through menus and options. Create simple event plans so everyone knows what's happening and when. Keep communication flowing between the kitchen, staff, rentals, and venues. Lead the team during events—setup, service, breakdown, the whole thing. Keep quality high, solve problems quickly, and make sure guests leave happy. Help with ordering, scheduling, and general day-to-day organizing. ⸻ What We're Looking For Someone who's organized, friendly, and great with people. Experience in hospitality or events is a big plus. Comfortable leading a team and keeping things moving. Can lift around 50 lbs and help with event setup when needed. Flexible schedule—events don't always happen 9-5! Bonus points for food handling certification. ⸻ Why You'll Love It Every day is different.
