Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and highly organized Wedding Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role where you will work closely with couples to bring their vision to life, manage logistics, and ensure their wedding day runs flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned couples leading up to their wedding. Develop and manage wedding timelines, floor plans, and vendor communication. Conduct venue walkthroughs and rehearsal coordination. Oversee all day-of logistics, including setup, vendor arrivals, ceremony flow, and reception transitions. Troubleshoot unexpected issues with professionalism and grace. Maintain strong relationships with local vendors and venues. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure each client feels supported and celebrated.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in wedding or event coordination (preferred, not required). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work weekends and evenings as required by wedding schedules. Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout DFW. Calm under pressure and quick-thinking in high-stress moments. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Compensation:
Competitive pay per event or hourly rate (based on experience). Opportunities for growth and additional projects within the company.
