  • Lewisville Applicants must live within this service area Part-Time | High-Trust | Field-Based Hot Shots is a premium mobile coffee experience company serving corporate and private events across North Texas.
From gourmet lattes to specialty drinks, we bring a high-end, branded experience directly to our clients. This is NOT a café position. This role involves driving, equipment handling, and independent event execution. The Role You'll be trusted to run smaller events independently and support larger events as part of a team .
Typical flow:
Arrive at the shop Load the van and equipment Drive to the event Execute service (solo or with a teammate) Return, unload, and go home No deep cleaning duties. No backend operations work. No scheduling or management responsibilities. You may act as the point person on smaller jobs , ensuring everything runs smoothly. On larger events, you'll work alongside an Operations Manager or additional team members. Compensation $20-23/hr starting (training phase) $25-30/hr after certification Up to $35/hr for experienced
Lead Baristas Schedule:
2-6 events per week (based on availability + demand) 6-hour block per event shift What You'll Do Load and unload carts and equipment Drive company van to and from events Execute setup and breakdown using checklists Prepare drinks to company standards Deliver a fast, clean, professional guest experience Communicate confidently with clients onsite On smaller events: Take the lead and keep the event running smoothly On larger events: Work as part of a team under an Operations Manager We follow systems. We do not cut corners.
