  • Sports Venue Opening Date 08/04/2026 Closing Date 10/4/2026 11:59 PM Central Description Under general supervision the Building Manager oversees all aspects of building operations.
This is a seasonal position that reports to full-time staff and supports the overall management of the facility. Examples of Duties Responsible for opening and closing the facility, including coordinating key access. Assists with the oversight of special events, including coordinating equipment set-up and takedown. Supports the overall administration of facility operations and events, including supervising Event Assistants. Greets visitors and provides information to patrons and program participants. Monitors all areas of the facility for appropriate use, participant behavior, and security, ensuring adherence to facility policies. Enforces regulations and guidelines related to facility use. Oversees custodial duties and performs light facility maintenance, including cleaning floors, dusting surfaces, washing windows, emptying trash and recycling, wiping down common areas, picking up litter, and maintaining entryways. Monitors cleanliness and promptly reports issues or repair needs to management. Responds to emergencies in accordance with established procedures. Experience and Training High School Diploma or equivalent. At least six (6) months of sports management work experience. Certificates and Licenses Required Must obtain Adult/Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid certification within 60 days of employment.
