$25-$40/hour Stop swiping culture. Start building real rooms. The Dating Doc is hiring a Singles Lead Event Coordinator in San Antonio who is equal parts host, connector, and community spark. We're the alternative to dating-app burnout — curated IRL experiences where singles actually talk, laugh, and meet people worth knowing. If you get energy from filling a room with good vibes, you can run a pickleball mixer like it's a party, and you don't flinch at a scavenger hunt with 30 strangers who just met… this is your lane. What you'll run (and love) Pickleball mixers, speed dating, scavenger hunts, upscale socials, themed nights, and other creative singles experiences Partner venues and local spots that feel alive — not generic banquet halls Warm, welcoming energy so every attendee feels seen from walk-in to wrap-up What you'll own Plan and coordinate upcoming events with partner venues and establishments Host select singles events end-to-end: manage the paid participant roster, engage attendees, explain icebreakers/activities, and keep the night flowing Build community on the floor — introductions, vibe checks, problem-solving in the moment Admin/logistics between events: venue meetings, light marketing support, scouting new spaces Help expand Dating Doc social events across the San Antonio area Must-haves to be considered Reliable personal transportation (you'll be on the road at partner venues) Available primarily Thursdays-Saturdays , plus select Sunday events Able to commit to hosting at least once a month Who you are Hip, trendy, and people-first — you notice the quiet person in the corner and bring them in Passionate about building community IRL (not just posting about it) Comfortable hosting high-energy formats: pickleball, speed dating, scavenger hunts, mixers, and whatever wild-but-fun idea we cook up next Reliable, polished under pressure, and quick on your feet when plans shift

• evenings/weekends focused (Thu-Sat primary; select Sundays) $25-$40/hour; paid 4-5 days after each event Minimum 3 hours of pay per event (even if it wraps early) Weekly pay for approved admin/logistics (venue meetings, marketing, venue scouting, etc.) 2-10 hours of in-person training with an experienced coordinator (script, role-play, task review) Work location: on the road at partner venues — must provide your own transportation About us Scenergy Dating
