Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Event Staff team member to support promotional events, customer engagement, and brand representation. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, creating positive customer experiences, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Paid training and opportunities for professional growth are available. Responsibilities Assist with the setup and preparation of promotional events. Engage with customers and prospective customers throughout events. Provide information about products and services. Support promotional activities designed to increase customer interest. Distribute promotional materials and assist with displays. Maintain an organized, clean, and professional event area. Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees. Support customer engagement and sales opportunities. Assist team members with event activities and daily priorities. Help ensure promotional events run smoothly and professionally. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in events, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or sales is a plus but not required.
