Responsibilities As an Event Coordinator, you'll serve as a key on-site contact for clients, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly while delivering outstanding hospitality and personalized service.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE
Coordinate and support retreats, meetings, wellness programs, and special events. Serve as the primary point of contact for group clients during their stay. Manage event logistics, room setups, arrivals/departures, and schedule changes. Partner with Food & Beverage, Spa, Wellness, Recreation, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams to deliver seamless experiences. Proactively resolve guest requests and operational challenges. Support VIP visits, site tours, and post-event follow-up activities. Position will be onsite in Spicewood, TX beginning 9/21/2026. Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
1 to 3 years of experience in hospitality, events, guest services, resort operations, or a related field. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Experience with Microsoft Office and event management software. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A hospitality-focused professional who is proactive, adaptable, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
