No previous event experience is required — we provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and the support you need to succeed. The Event Assistant will help with event preparation, guest engagement, promotional activities, and day-of-event coordination. You'll work alongside an experienced team while developing valuable skills in events, marketing, communications, customer service, and leadership . This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, college students, first-time job seekers, career changers, and motivated individuals looking to gain professional experience. What You'll Do Assist with planning, preparing, and executing events and promotional activities Help with event setup and breakdown Welcome and engage with attendees in a friendly, professional manner Provide information and answer questions from guests Represent our organization and brand partners at events Support promotional campaigns and community outreach activities Distribute promotional materials and assist with event displays Help create a positive and memorable experience for attendees Work closely with team members to ensure events run smoothly Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development activities No Event Experience Required We're willing to train the right person!
