Arlington, VA Job Details Contract 13 hours ago Qualifications Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description Overview Plan and coordinate events and engagement activities that connect CISA with SLTT stakeholders. You will help deliver live and virtual programs that share security resources, encourage participation, and recognize successful resilience practices. Responsibilities Coordinate agendas, speakers, invitations, RSVPs, event space, logistics, presentations, and on-site support for live events. Support up to two live events and four livestreamed events during the contract year, including conferences, roundtables, webinars, and similar programs. Coordinate virtual event preparation, participant communications, speaker readiness, and audience participation. Track SLTT engagement during the Resilience Challenge and support coordination with participating stakeholders. Organize the Resilience Challenge capstone recognition event within the planned live-event allocation and coordinate accessible event materials.
Qualifications Years of experience:
Preferred:
3-5 years of relevant event planning, outreach, stakeholder engagement, or conference coordination experience. Experience supporting government audiences and live webinars is preferred.
Education:
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, communications, public relations, business administration, or a related field.
Certifications:
No role-specific professional certification is required. Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification is preferred.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professional stakeholder communication, and ability to manage simultaneous logistics and deadlines. Screening and work requirements Work is primarily based in Arlington. Situational telework requires Government approval and must occur within the continental United States unless otherwise authorized. Travel is required. Work generally occurs Monday through Friday within 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Eastern Time, with occasional work outside normal hours to meet mission needs.
