Special Events Manager (Lead Generation)

This person will be handling the building a growth of a team that conducts all the scheduling of appointments for our sales team during special events. The Special Events Manager should have a strong leadership background and enjoy coaching and leading a team. This individual should embrace leading by example. The Event Marketing program's goal will be to generate as many qualified leads as possible, by scheduling appointments for in-home estimates live from the event. Our team's production is ultimately the most important result of this role.
General Daily Tasks Include:
Finding events for our company to participate in. Negotiating rates and booth costs for new events. Identifying the best location at event venue to generate leads. Conducting set-up and tear down of displays items at shows. Creating checklists and processes to be as efficient as possible with set ups. Hiring and training staff for working events. Holding staff accountable to industry standard expectations and quotas. Mastering our 7-step appointment setting process. Execution of objection handling work-tracks to increase production. Hold weekly event meetings for all team members to attend. These meetings will discuss current areas for improvement, celebrate wins, and discuss upcoming events we will be working. Keep a record of all the shows we are considering and build a database of shows to look into each year. Continuous coaching each week one on one with team members. Brainstorm and create cost effective ways to attract homeowners into our booth. Create a process to coach team members up, or coach them out if they are unable to produce the expected number of leads over a specified period of time. Misc. Tasks as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience with lead generation Leadership Experience Attention to Detail Strong Multi-Tasking Abilities Valid Driver's License Reliable Transportation Ability to stand for long hours

Bonuses Pay Range:
$80,168.40 plus bonus opportunities.
Physical Setting:
In Office, Off-Site, Weekend availability REQUIRED
