- Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop a high-performing event staff team.
- Ensure every event is appropriately staffed and executed to Lisa Dupar Catering standards.
- Anticipate challenges, solve problems proactively, and support teams in the field.
- Partner with planners and operations leaders to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Champion our culture, service standards, and commitment to hospitality excellence. What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of leadership experience in catering, hospitality, events, food & beverage, or a related industry.
- Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing service staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional presence with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences. Preferred
- Catering or event management experience.
- Experience leading teams in luxury hospitality environments.
- Experience managing large-scale events and teams.
Pay:
$30.00- $45.
