Seasonal Employee -
Events & Office Support Position Type:
Part-time, Seasonal (Temporary)
Schedule:
2 days per week, with occasional weekend event coverage

Now through the second week of October About the Role The Eagle River Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking a motivated, detail oriented seasonal employee to support our team through the end of summer and fall event season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, splitting time between behind-the-scenes office work and hands on support at our exciting community events. Key Responsibilities Assist the Executive Director and Events Director with planning and execution of upcoming events Provide on-site event support, including some weekend shifts which include: SepTimber Ride (Sept. 12) Musky Open (Aug. 21-23), Cranberry Fest (Oct. 3-4) Complete data entry and maintain accurate records Provide general office support Assist with event setup, teardown, and day of logistics as needed Help organize and maintain the office/building, including storage areas and event supplies Qualifications Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks Comfortable working as a small team Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Excel or similar; comfort with data entry) Friendly, energetic, professional demeanor for interacting with members and the public Ability to lift/move event materials as needed Availability for some weekend hours during event season Schedule Details 2 weekdays per week (days flexible/to be determined) Additional weekend hours during scheduled events Position runs through the second week of
October Pay:
$15.00 per hour
