Are you energetic, outgoing, and excited by the buzz of live events? Our client is hiring Promotions & Events Staff to join their Event Sales Team in Milwaukee. In this role, you'll help deliver engaging, high-impact promotional events for national telecom brands, creating unforgettable customer experiences and driving product awareness. If you're passionate about people, teamwork, and fast-paced environments, this is your chance to be part of something exciting and growth-oriented. About the Role As part of the Promotions & Events Staff, you'll play a hands-on role in preparing, executing, and supporting promotional activities across a range of venues

  • from community festivals and retail centers to pop-up booths and brand activations.

You'll work closely with Brand Ambassadors and Sales Representatives to ensure each event runs smoothly, customers are engaged, and the brand is presented at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities Event Setup & Breakdown:

Assist in setting up and dismantling promotional displays, signage, and branded materials at various event locations.

Customer Interaction:

Welcome event attendees, distribute flyers and giveaways, and direct them to key product offerings or sales reps.

Promotional Support:

Help maintain a vibrant, welcoming environment that draws in foot traffic and encourages customer interaction.

Brand Promotion:

Actively promote telecom products, services, and current offers with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Logistical Support:

Keep event stations stocked, organized, and visually appealing throughout the day.

Team Coordination:

Collaborate with event team members to meet performance goals and execute seamless promotional campaigns.

On-Site Problem Solving:

Troubleshoot minor setup or engagement issues and ensure brand guidelines are always followed. What Our Client Is Looking For Friendly, approachable, and confident in speaking to new people. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting/setup duties. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays. A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for marketing, promotions, and live events. Experience in retail, promotions, events, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
