As a Food Runner, you'll serve as the vital connection between the kitchen and guests, ensuring every dish arrives promptly, accurately, and beautifully presented. What You'll Do Deliver food to guests accurately, efficiently, and with attention to presentation standards. Verify dish accuracy before service to ensure a seamless guest experience. Communicate effectively with kitchen, service, and support teams throughout service. Support guests by responding promptly to requests and coordinating with servers as needed. Maintain proper table presentation and course timing throughout the dining experience. Assist with service preparation and execution for private dining and special events when needed. Contribute to a smooth, organized, and guest-focused restaurant environment. What We're Looking For Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food running experience preferred. Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to service excellence. Professional, positive, and guest-focused attitude. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Why Wally's?
