Team members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring guests receive signature Twisted Oak service and food. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems Process cash and card transactions efficiently while handling cash register operations Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas, counters, and kitchen equipment Operate kitchen equipment safely and follow food safety management practices to ensure sanitation and proper food handling Manage customer orders with speed and accuracy using POS systems, ensuring timely delivery of orders Work collaboratively with peers and leaders to keep the dining room, bar, and back of house running smoothly and efficiently Check in with guests about dishes and beverages, refill beverages promptly, and pre-bus when needed Deliver hot food to guests quickly and efficiently Requirements Previous experience in quick service or restaurant service environments is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and managing register balances Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills and sense of urgency to ensure efficient service during busy periods Experience with food preparation, serving, cashiering, bussing, or bartending is preferred Ability to provide high standards of service and maintain a clean workspace at all times We are looking for hosts, bussers, servers, and bartenders.
