Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items, following Fatburger recipes and cooking techniques Use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards Ensure the fry area is clean and well-organized Monitor food quality and freshness, rotating and discarding food items as necessary Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation Assist with other kitchen duties as needed, including food prep.

Qualifications:

1 year restaurant experience preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Excellent time management and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
