Job Description
Join our growing team as an AT&T Team Member, where you'll represent AT&T products and services directly to local businesses throughout San Diego. This is an in-person role focused on building relationships, generating new accounts, and driving sales growth for AT&T. As an AT&T Team Member, you'll work with clients and decision-makers to identify their wireless needs and recommend tailored AT&T solutions. We provide hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and a team-oriented environment designed to help every AT&T Team Member succeed and advance. What You'll Do as an AT&T Team Member Prospect and engage local businesses to promote AT&T Wireless products and services Conduct in-person presentations and consultations with business owners Generate new business accounts and maintain a strong B2B sales pipeline Educate clients on AT&T plans, devices, and business solutions Close sales and manage accounts from initial outreach through activation Collaborate with leadership and other AT&T Team Members to hit team goals Stay current on AT&T offerings, promotions, and industry trends What We're Looking For in an AT&T Team Member Strong communication skills and confidence in face-to-face B2B sales A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with interest in sales growth Ability to build relationships with business owners and professionals Coachable, team-oriented, and eager to learn Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required Why Join as an AT&T Team Member Hands-on training in sales and AT&T Wireless solutions Supportive, team-driven environment Clear advancement opportunities into leadership roles Opportunity to represent a leading brand like AT&T Opportunities to travel internationally and nationally
