Duties:
- Prepare and carve meats to the highest standards, ensuring that they are visually appealing and meet the restaurant's quality control measures.
- Handle and prepare a variety of meats, including beef, pork, lamb, and poultry.
- Operate a knife safely and efficiently, cutting and trimming meats to the required specifications.
- Package meats and other products for distribution or storage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and handling guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management of any stock shortages or overstocking.
- Proficiency with a knife and ability to cut and trim meats accurately.
- Experience with food preparation and presentation.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for long periods.
