Front of House Team Member Tattoo Image Inc - 2.5 Hesperia, CA Job Details Part-time $17 - $20 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Instagram Full Job Description Tattoo Image is a busy, established tattoo and piercing shop in Hesperia, and we're looking for the right person to join our front-of-house team. This position is a mix of customer service, sales, social media/content creation, and general studio support. We're looking for someone who is friendly, confident, organized, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is not a sit-down receptionist position. We need someone who takes initiative, enjoys helping people, and can stay productive without needing to be told every little thing that needs to be done. A big part of this position will be creating content for our social media and helping us stay consistent online. We are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable with Instagram and TikTok, understands short-form content, can take good photos and videos, and has a good eye for what looks clean and professional. You'll also work closely with our piercing department, helping clients look at jewelry, explaining basic options, and creating a great experience from the moment someone walks in.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting clients and walk-ins and helping them get where they need to go Answering phones and basic client questions Checking clients in and out Processing payments and helping with basic scheduling Learning our tattoo artists, their styles, and helping direct inquiries to the right artist Learning our piercing services, basic policies, jewelry options, and aftercare information Helping clients browse jewelry and confidently explaining upgrade options Keeping jewelry displays and the front desk clean and organized Taking photos and videos of tattoos, piercings, jewelry, artists, and behind-the-scenes content Creating Instagram Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other short-form content Helping promote artist availability, cancellations, new jewelry, and shop updates Assisting with basic captions and content ideas Keeping content organized so we always have something available to post Staying aware of social media trends and bringing new ideas to the table Maintaining a clean, welcoming front lobby and client area Restocking basic front-of-house supplies Helping with general studio organization and day-to-day shop needs We're looking for someone who: Has strong customer service skills Is comfortable talking to all kinds of people Is confident but not pushy when it comes to sales Has experience with social media and content creation Knows how to use Instagram and TikTok beyond just personal posting Has a good eye for photos, video, layout, and branding Is comfortable filming and interacting with our artists and piercers Can multitask and stay calm when the shop gets busy Is dependable and takes their schedule seriously Is organized and detail-oriented Takes initiative and looks for things that need to be done Can take direction and feedback well Is comfortable working in a tattoo and piercing environment Is available Saturdays and some evenings Previous experience in retail, jewelry sales, beauty, salons, hospitality, front desk, or social media is a big plus. Tattoo or piercing shop experience is not required. We can teach the industry to the right person. Social media experience is important for this position. Applicants may be asked to provide examples of content they have created or accounts they have helped manage.

Schedule:

Part-time, approximately 25-35 hours per week depending on shop needs. Saturday availability is required.

Pay:

$17-$20 per hour depending on experience. There is room for growth for the right person as they become more experienced within the shop.
