Retail Representative Daily Tasks:

Welcome customers with a friendly, professional approach and create a positive experience throughout each interaction. Learn Frontier products, services, promotions, and account options to confidently answer questions and provide accurate information. Engage customers through thoughtful conversations, asking questions and listening carefully to understand their needs and service preferences. Clearly explain service features, promotions, and available options while helping customers identify solutions that fit their needs. Assist customers with enrollment, account questions, service requests, and next steps while providing reliable support throughout the process. Maintain accurate customer information, follow established procedures, and stay informed on product and service updates. Work closely with teammates and leadership to strengthen customer engagement, contribute to daily goals, and maintain a professional team environment.

Retail Representative Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking with customers. Ability to learn new products, services, and processes quickly. Positive attitude with a dependable and team-oriented mindset.
