Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Back of House/Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic bakery team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and food service areas. You will be responsible for food preparation, sanitation, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency. Sanitate kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to maintain health and safety standards. Assist in the organization of kitchen inventory and supplies. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately when needed. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction. Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines during food preparation and handling. Help train new team members on kitchen procedures and best practices. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is helpful but not required. Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Ability to work alone.
