Responsibilities Prepare high-quality sandwiches, salads, and other food items according to company standards and recipes. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including slicers, ovens, and refrigeration units. Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and manage retail sales transactions with precision. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred. Strong background in food preparation, food handling, and food safety management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Demonstrated ability in retail sales transactions, cashiering, and cash handling procedures. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proven customer service skills with a friendly attitude and effective communication abilities.
