As an Entry Level AT&T Team Member, you will help mentor and develop sales representatives, support customer engagement efforts, and contribute directly to overall team performance. The Entry Level AT&T Team Member role is an entry-level leadership opportunity, making it a strong fit for individuals with sales, customer service, or leadership experience who are ready to take on additional responsibility.

Entry Level AT&T Team Member Responsibilities:

Engage with new and existing customers by presenting AT&T products and services based on their needs Monitor sales activity and customer interactions to evaluate performance, improve customer experiences, and support retention Work alongside other Sales Managers to implement strategies that improve sales results, customer engagement, and team performance Assist with training, mentoring, and developing a team of sales representatives while helping them achieve individual and team performance goals Maintain strong knowledge of AT&T products, services, promotions, and company policies to effectively support and lead the sales team Provide coaching and encouragement to team members interested in advancing into future leadership positions Lead by example by demonstrating strong communication, professionalism, customer service, and sales skills Support daily Entry Level AT&T Team Member operations while helping create a positive, motivated, and performance-driven environment

Entry Level AT&T Team Member Qualifications:

Previous sales, customer service, or leadership experience preferred Previous experience in an Entry Level AT&T Team Member role is a plus Strong leadership potential with a desire to grow into a management position Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Motivated by personal and team achievement Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, accept coaching, and develop new skills Collaborative mindset with the ability to motivate and support others
