Responsibilities Prepare a variety of fresh sandwiches, wraps, salads, and deli items according to established recipes and customer preferences Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Manage food handling responsibilities with strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation protocols Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including kitchen equipment, counters, and storage areas Assist customers with their orders, upselling products to enhance their experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash register operations, process retail sales transactions, and process cash transactions with accuracy Ensure timely food preparation to meet customer demands in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively Qualifications Prior experience in food preparation or culinary roles within quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude Basic math skills for cash handling, order processing, and inventory management Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Retail sales experience including upselling techniques is advantageous This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their culinary skills while delivering top-notch service.
