What you'll do Welcome guests warmly, take orders, and handle cash/card transactions accurately Prepare and cook our signature hand-breaded chicken and sides to recipe and quality standards Assemble and check orders for accuracy and presentation before they go out Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready to go Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Work closely with your crew to keep things moving during the lunch and dinner rush Cross-train across the front counter, kitchen, and expo — you'll learn it all What we're looking for A positive attitude and genuine care for guests Must be 18 or older Reliability — you show up on time and ready to work Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, including around a hot kitchen Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
