Responsibilities Welcome and check in members, guests, vendors, and visitors. Answer phone calls and monitor the club's general email. Assist with routine reservations, confirmations, and reminders. Check that waivers and reservation details are complete. Provide approved information about club activities, dining, events, and procedures. Communicate daily arrivals and schedule changes to club staff. Maintain accurate member and guest information. Help prepare schedules, signs, lists, name tags, and event materials. Keep the front desk and reception area clean and organized. Direct special requests, pricing questions, and scheduling conflicts to the Director of Hospitality. Report maintenance, cleanliness, safety, or service concerns. Complete other routine administrative duties as assigned. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is preferred; experience in fine dining or clubhouse settings is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems enhances efficiency in processing sales transactions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with food safety standards and sanitation practices ensures compliance with health regulations.
