Currently we are looking for highly motivated individuals to work as Shop Welders at our Open Shop (non-union) location in Duette. Our standard four-day work schedule is 6:00 am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday. Overtime hours offered most weeks. To qualify for the position, candidates will be required to pass a 2G & 3G welding test on ½" plate with MIG Flux Core (FCAW) and

HARDWIRE

(GMAW). The position will include the following responsibilities: Tank experience preferred or comparable industrial/manufacturing experience

welders No stick or construction welders Can read and interpret blueprints Knowledge/use of common power and hand tools Ability to lift from floor, 50lbs Ability to follow all safety postings and meeting points Reliably commute to Duette, FL 34219 for this job Authorized to work in the US for any employer The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following qualifications: Ability to work in and around an open-air manufacturing shop and adjacent property Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to follow safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as hardhat, safety glasses, etc. Ability to use manual hand tools, including wrenches and clamps.
