As a Sandwich Maker, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while preparing delicious sandwiches and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will help us maintain our high standards of quality and service. Duties Prepare a variety of sandwiches according to customer orders, ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients. Operate the Aloha POS system for accurate cash handling and processing of customer transactions. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and offering recommendations or upselling menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food preparation area, adhering to food handling safety standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Manage time effectively to meet customer demands while maintaining product quality. Assist in restocking supplies as needed and report any inventory shortages to management. Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or working in a quick-service fast food restaurant is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus. Knowledge of food handling safety practices is essential. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
