Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and menu standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash handling procedures Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring expiration dates Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours Experience Familiarity with quick service or fast food restaurant operations is advantageous Experience with cashiering and retail math skills for accurate transaction processing Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling responsibilities
