We pride ourselves on providing an exceptionally clean, welcoming, and beautifully designed environment where parents can relax while their children play safely. We are looking for a positive, energetic, and dependable Front of House Team Member to join our Naperville team. Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude Check in customers and process admissions using our POS system Prepare espresso drinks, coffee beverages, smoothies, and other café menu items Take food and beverage orders Maintain cleanliness of the café, dining area, and front counter Keep the play area, restrooms, and common areas clean throughout the day Restock inventory and supplies Assist with birthday parties and special events when needed Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service Follow all company safety and cleanliness standards Work as part of a team in a fast-paced family environment Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality Excellent customer service skills Reliable and punctual Ability to multitask in a busy environment Comfortable working with children and families Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Weekend availability is required Previous café, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating positive experiences for families.
