Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales and improve the guest experience. Maintain cleanliness of the front counter area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces regularly. Support food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food safety practices. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while balancing multiple responsibilities. Experience Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn. Familiarity with POS systems such as Square POS is a plus. Experience in cashiering, serving, or retail math will help you succeed in managing transactions accurately. Knowledge of food preparation, handling, sanitation standards, and kitchen experience are valuable assets. Strong communication skills combined with excellent customer service abilities are essential for creating positive guest interactions.
