Job Description
This is for
MICHIGAN CITY, IN.
Starting rate for inshop is $14/hr Updated 9/15/26 Looking for part time or full time depending on individual's availability. Specifically, looking for availability Thursdays & Fridays 8AM-3PM or 5PM. Then Sundays 11A-4PM. If you cannot work these shifts, then this position is unfortunately not going to work for you. This is a very fast paced work environment, so please be prepared to come with a sense of urgency to each shift!Additional Requirements:
- Must learn the sandwiches and wraps (everything that comes on them) in a couple of weeks.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- May need to be able to lift 10-30 lbs. occasionally throughout shift.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift.
Essential Functions include:
- Responsible for customer product and service standards
- Foster an environment of team work
- Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer and store experience
- Greet and thank every customer
- Execute quality store operations
- Clean store, small wares, merchandise and physical plant as necessary
- May need to be able to operate food preparation machinery
- Adhere to all food, safety and security guidelines
- Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies Company Introduction We slice our all-natural
