Job Overview We're looking for a friendly and energetic Sandwich Artist to help create tasty, made-to-order sandwiches that keep our guests coming back for more. In this role, you'll be the face of our restaurant, preparing food with care, managing customer orders efficiently, and maintaining a clean workspace. If you enjoy working in a lively setting and take pride in delivering great customer service, this position is perfect for you! Duties Prepare sandwiches and other menu items following established recipes and standards. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately. Manage customer orders efficiently while providing friendly service and upselling menu options when appropriate. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including food handling and kitchen equipment. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions smoothly. Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting overall restaurant cleanliness. Skills Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety procedures and sanitation standards. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
