Pay:

Hours:

30-45+ per week, year-round Full weeks plus overtime during our two peak seasons (mid-March through May, mid-August through December). We guarantee a 30-hour floor in slower months — and honestly, the hours are usually there beyond that for people who want them. What you'll do: Drive box trucks and truck-trailer combos ( no CDL required — all vehicles under 26,000 lbs) Deliver, install, and strike tents, tables, chairs, staging, and event equipment Lead or work on install crews depending on experience

Schedule:

5-day week, year-round: four weekdays plus one weekend day That means a weekday off every week — handle appointments, errands, and family stuff while everyone else is at work Weekends are when events happen. If you need every Saturday and Sunday off, this isn't the job — we'd rather tell you now than after you apply Overtime available during peak season What we need from you: 18+, valid driver's license, clean driving record Comfortable pulling trailers or willing to learn (we train and pay more when you certify ) Physical outdoor work: lifting, loading, installing in Louisiana weather Reliability.
